Job Summary We are seeking a motivated, knowledgeable Insurance Agent licensed in P & C to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing clients with insurance solutions tailored to their needs. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to effectively market and sell products such as Auto, Home and Commercial Insurance. Bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply, as they will enhance our ability to serve a diverse clientele. * Assess clients' insurance needs and provide appropriate recommendations. * Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and develop strategies for outreach. * Communicate clearly with clients regarding policy options, coverage details, and claims processes. * Negotiate terms of insurance contracts to ensure the best outcomes for both the client and the company. * Provide ongoing service and support to clients, addressing any questions or concerns regarding their policies. * Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and new products to effectively inform clients. Requirements * Previous experience in insurance sales is preferred. Experience with EZLYNX rater preferred but not required. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus. * Proficiency in negotiating and closing sales deals effectively. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing client accounts and documentation. * A valid P & C insurance license is required or must be obtained within a specified time frame after hiring. A Life and Health license is advantageous but not required.
