We're professional, innovative, and looking for the right people to grow with us. About the Role: We're looking for self-driven, motivated individuals to join our sales team as Insurance Producers. No experience? No problem. We offer full training -- all you need is the drive to succeed and the willingness to do what it takes. If you're committed to personal growth and want to become a top producer, we'll give you the tools and support to make it happen. This role includes cold calling and prospecting -- we're looking for someone who's not afraid to pick up the phone and go after new business. What You'll Do: * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects * Help customers find the best coverage options for home, auto, and more * Provide expert guidance on insurance policies (we'll train you!) * Make outbound calls and follow up with leads * Identify new business opportunities and close sales * Stay current on industry products, trends, and carriers * Work toward monthly sales goals with a growth mindset What We 're Looking For: * A self-starter with a thick skin and a positive attitude * Willing to cold call and prospect daily * Eager to learn, grow, and be held accountable * Strong communicator who's coachable and team-oriented * 100% committed to becoming the best version of themselves * No experience necessary -- but drive is required!
