The Roofer Bros is a licensed, insured home improvement company specializing in roofing, gutters, HVAC, and attic insulation. We're growing fast and looking for motivated people who want to build a career in sales -- no roofing experience required. We'll train you in everything you need to know. What You 'll Do * Meet with homeowners who have requested estimates. * Learn our proven presentation system and follow up with potential customers. * Represent our company in a professional and friendly way. * Work closely with team captains and managers to hit weekly goals. What We Offer * $18 -$22/hour starting pay (depending on experience). * Bonuses for each job sold (opportunity to make up to $100k/year). * Paid training program -- we invest in you. * Gas reimbursement for travel to appointments. * Growth path into senior sales and leadership roles. What We 're Looking For * Strong communication and people skills. * Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required -- we'll train the right person. * Self-motivated, disciplined, and hungry to succeed. * Comfortable meeting with homeowners face-to-face. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
