We are looking for an Assistant to the Sales and Marketing department to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our company's senior- level managers. Some of the responsibilities include assisting with sales proposals, preparing contracts, responding to emails and preparing expense reports. To be successful in this role, you should be DRIVEN WITH HIGH ENERGY , well-organized, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance. Responsibilities * Provide support to Sales department. * Work with marketing and sales team to manage brand and marketing initiatives. * Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns. * Perform market and client research. * Create reports on sales / marketing performance. * Maintain schedules for marketing initiatives. * Assist with social media and website content. * Attend trade shows, company events. * Act as the point of contact among executives, sales team, clients and other external partners * Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner * Manage sales team calendars and set up meetings * Support Sales team by making travel and accommodation arrangements, prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports * Format information for internal and external communication - memos, emails, presentations, reports Skills * Strong written and verbal communication skills * High level of organization and attention to detail * Proficient in Mircrosoft Office Suite * Comfort with multi-tasking in a deadline-driven environment * Understanding of basic business and marketing concepts * Excellent time management skills * Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and social abilities * Familiarity with social media, social networking, email marketing and search engines * Demonstrated problem solving and critical thinking skills * Strong writing and copy-editing abilities Pay may depend on skills and/or qualifications This Job Is Ideal for Someone Who Is: * Dependable -- more reliable than spontaneous * Detail-oriented -- would rather focus on the details of work than the bigger picture * Autonomous/Independent -- enjoys working with little direction * Innovative -- prefers working in unconventional ways or on tasks that require creativity * High stress tolerance -- thrives in a high-pressure environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Ability to commute/relocate: * Henderson, NV 89014: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Shift availability: * Day Shift (Required) Work Location: In person
