Requirements: Experience: Minimum of 5 years in auto sales, with a strong preference for those who succeeded in the pre-COVID sales era when relationship-building and negotiation were key. Leadership Skills: Ability to inspire and motivate the team while maintaining a professional and approachable demeanor. * Personality: High-energy, self-driven, and engaging.
