What You 'll Do: * Make outbound calls to set up appointments for free roofing, siding, and gutter estimates! * Hit weekly goals for calls and appointments set (because who doesn't love a good challenge?). * Master the art of multitasking while keeping customers engaged and informed. * Use your excellent communication and computer skills to track calls, set appointments, and keep everything organized. What You Need: * Call Center Strong phone skills : You're not afraid to dial and talk to potential clients. * Excellent multitasking : You can manage multiple things at once without breaking a sweat. * Good computer skills : You know your way around basic office software (don't worry, we'll train you on everything else). * Goal-driven mindset : You like hitting targets and achieving success.
