Horne Mazda is looking for an experienced Automotive Internet Sales Consultant to join our growing team! We are growing fast and looking for talented individuals with the potential for growth in the Auto Industry! PAY: Up to $100K per year As an Automotive Internet Sales Consultant you will be required to be a positive influence on those around you AND show up with a willingness to learn! When following up with customers or answering new leads, your job is to set appointments and assist customers with any questions they may have before arriving at the store. You will also be required to keep your work space clean and orderly. When the customer arrives in the store, it will be your job to greet them with a smile and a firm handshake, assist them with selecting a vehicle, take them on a test drive on the desired rout, and assist them through the buying process (ending with a great delivery). Qualifications * Proven dealership experience in automotive sales * Strong public speaking and communication skills * Background in retail sales and customer service * Proficiency in outbound sales and sales support * Familiarity with CRM software and sales pipeline management * Experience in negotiation and upselling techniques * Ability to manage inventory and perform cold calling * Organizational skills and proficiency in retail math With so much growth within the Auto Group, we are always looking for new talent that is ready to "move and shake."
