Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Sales to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record in B2B sales, casino gaming sales, and business development. This role involves managing key accounts, developing innovative sales strategies, and fostering long-term customer relationships to expand our market presence. Duties * Lead and manage the sales team to achieve company sales targets and objectives. * Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with business goals. * Identify new market opportunities through market analysis and customer insights. * Oversee outside sales efforts, including client prospecting, presentations, and negotiations. * Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. * Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track sales activities, forecast revenue, and analyze performance metrics. * Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that support sales initiatives. * Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills in negotiation, technical sales, and account management. * Analyze sales data to identify trends, forecast future performance, and adjust strategies accordingly. * Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote brand awareness. Requirements * Proven experience in outside sales , business development , and account management within B2B environments. * Strong leadership skills with experience managing a high-performing sales team. * Expertise in technology sales , equipment sales , and familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce. * Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close complex deals effectively. * Demonstrated success in developing innovative sales strategies that drive growth. * Solid understanding of marketing , analysis skills , and data-driven decision-making processes. * Exceptional communication and customer service skills to build lasting client relationships. * Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and adapt strategies accordingly. * Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.
