We are seeking a Full-Time Business Development/Client Care Manager to add to our compassionate, energetic and growing team! As a Business Development/Client Care Manager, you will be responsible for Client assessments/sales, onboarding and managing clients and caregivers in an assigned territory, and developing the individual assignment schedule for each Client and Agency Caregiver. You are essentially the account manager ensuring 100% Client satisfaction! Salary + Bonus/Commission Car Allowance On Call Pay Duties and Responsibilities : As our Business Development/Client Care Manager, you will be expected to: * Handle intake calls with professionalism, using active listening to gather comprehensive information about client needs, home environment, schedule preferences, and psycho-social factors. Build trust and understanding with the caller. * Clearly explain caregiver capabilities and set accurate expectations for services. * Schedule and confirm in-person client assessments before concluding intake calls. * Conduct in-home assessments with clients and families, completing all admission paperwork and ensuring clear understanding of the care plan and responsibilities. * Evaluate the client's physical and cognitive condition, recent medical history, mobility, medication regimen, dietary needs, and overall health status. Observe the home for safety risks (e.g., poor lighting, clutter, unsafe flooring, etc.). * Develop a personalized Plan of Care based on client needs and preferences, ensuring safety and dignity. Update as needed. * Communicate all relevant client information, including schedule and care requirements, to the office and scheduling teams. * Coordinate care by connecting appropriate resources and personnel. Work closely with the scheduling team to align caregiver skills with client needs. * Follow up with clients and families after care begins, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any concerns. * Review and explain care services, associated costs, and complete client agreements and necessary documentation. * Conduct ongoing supervisory visits to review caregiver performance, update care plans, and ensure care is delivered in line with client expectations and safety standards. * Provide caregiver coaching and training as needed to maintain quality care delivery. * Resolve complaints and incidents promptly and professionally. * Monitor and evaluate client and employee satisfaction regularly. * Provide guidance to caregivers regarding care plans and specific client needs. * Address client and caregiver concerns related to quality of care. * Answer and screen incoming calls, offering prompt support to clients, caregivers, and staff. * Maintain professional relationships with clients and team members. * Manage caregiver schedules for new and ongoing cases. Communicate scheduling changes to clients and caregivers. * Ensure accurate data entry and schedule management in company systems. Monitor telephony logs and make necessary adjustments for accurate payroll and billing. * Provide timely updates to the supervisor regarding open shifts after all staffing efforts have been exhausted. * Confirm weekly client schedules for billing and caregiver hours for payroll. * Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 care coverage. Fill in shifts as needed. * Support new hire onboarding to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. * Perform additional duties as assigned by management. Requirements: The right candidate has passion and compassion for caring for seniors along with the following: * A true sales and client services professional where closing sales comes naturally. * A positive people leader who refuses to settle for "good enough". * Critical thinking skills and strong written and verbal communication * Ability to assess client needs in order to recruit the right talent and to match the right caregivers and clients * Has office management expertise with strong communication and organizational skills. * When planning and prioritizing, this person is "the best of the best"! * Managing tasks has always been a breeze for this person because they have the ability to think forward and have the attention to detail to back it up. * Has consultative sales skills and experience providing solutions. * Has the ability to provide consistency in caregiver scheduling with clients. * Has prior scheduling experience with a scheduling software system. * Enjoys technology and have great computer skills. * Is innovative and creative in finding solutions and resolving challenges. * Is teamwork oriented. * MUST be able to take on call one week out of the month Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
