Full description of the position

Mission * Monitor shelves of existing supermarket customers to ensure they are fully stocked. * Ensure a positive company image and appropriate behavior in dealing with customers and co-workers. * Comply with established company policies and procedures. Job Responsibilities * Daily visits to existing supermarket customers to take orders to ensure shelves are always fully stocked. * Continuously monitor to ensure current shelf space size and location is maintained or upgraded. * Introduce and market new items to existing supermarket customers. * Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently, complying with all governmental and company procedures. * Perform vehicle inspection such as checking fluid level and tire pressure. Notify supervisor about any repairs and maintenance. * Respond to communication from headquarter or supervisor regarding any route changes or updates. * Monitor any changing sales trends or market conditions to supervisor. * Report any sales or product quality issues to supervisor. * Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Job Requirements and Qualifications * Two (2) plus years of sales experience. * Valid driver license with clean driving record. * Must be able to demonstrate area knowledge. * Must be able to work overtime. * Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Vietnamese and one of these (Cantonese OR Mandarin OR Teochew) are required. * Bend and lift loads from 10 lbs. to 30 lbs. * Available for flexible scheduling to meet the needs of the department.
