Since 1998, we are Associated Graphics (AGI), the nation's premier fleet and environmental graphics company headquartered in central Ohio. Due to significant growth, we are looking for a driven, experienced National Account Manager with a proven track record in the fleet industry, specifically in leasing and upfit programs. Experience in fleet graphics is a significant plus. Cold calling end clients is the core of how you will build your book of business, while also leveraging your existing industry relationships to drive growth. National Account Manager - Key Responsibilities * Cold call and prospect end clients daily to identify and secure new opportunities, with specific stretch goal minimums in place to drive success * Build and manage a sales pipeline by targeting national fleets, leasing companies, and upfitters * Leverage existing industry connections in the fleet leasing and upfitting space to open doors and accelerate growth * Establish and grow relationships with decision-makers across a variety of national accounts * Provide exceptional customer service and maintain long-term client satisfaction * Develop and maintain a strong understanding of AGI's production processes, materials, and value propositions * Travel locally and nationally to represent AGI at client meetings, trade shows, and key industry events * Address customer concerns with urgency and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach * Present AGI's value proposition clearly and confidently both virtually and in person * Operate with discipline, independence, and accountability in a high-expectation sales environment We are looking for * A proven cold caller who thrives on outbound outreach to generate new business * Sales experience in fleet leasing and/or vehicle upfitting is required (fleet graphics a plus) * Strong industry network with the ability to tap into contacts for warm introductions * High energy, self-motivated, and results-driven with a competitive mindset * Excellent communicator, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence decision makers * Skilled at building rapport, gaining trust, and maintaining long-term client relationships * Experienced with CRM systems and disciplined sales process management * Valid Driver's License and satisfactory driving record * Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, high-performance culture We offer * Competitive compensation package * Exceptional Healthcare plan.
