Job Overview Join our dedicated team as a Sales Associate , where you'll play a key role in growing our agency's reach and connecting families to trusted in-home care services. What You'll Do * Build and maintain relationships with referral partners, including hospitals, doctors, rehab centers, and senior communities. * Conduct outreach visits, presentations, and networking events to generate new referrals. * Follow up on inquiries from prospective clients and guide them through the intake process. * Collaborate with the care team to ensure a seamless start of services. * Track sales activity, referral trends, and maintain CRM records. What We're Looking For * Experience in sales, marketing, or community outreach (healthcare or senior services preferred). * Strong relationship-building and communication skills. * Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable meeting targets. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
