Responsibilities

:

• Prospect and generate new commercial insurance business through networking, referrals, and marketing.
• Evaluate client risks and recommend appropriate coverage solutions.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.
• Maintain strong client relationships to support retention and cross-selling.
• Partner with underwriters, account managers, and carriers to deliver optimal pricing and coverage.
• Stay informed on industry trends and market developments.

Qualifications

:

• 2+ years of commercial insurance sales or business development experience.
• Active P&C license (or willingness to obtain).
• Solid knowledge of commercial lines products.
• Strong communication, sales, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and meet production goals. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
