Independent Lead Generator - Door-to-Door (1099 Contract) We are a local, established home improvement company looking for independent lead generators to help set qualified homeowner appointments through door-to-door outreach. This is NOT an hourly job and NOT a W2 position. This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity where you are paid per qualified appointment , plus a bonus when deals close. If you are self-motivated, comfortable speaking with homeowners, and want to be paid based on results -- this opportunity is for you. Compensation (Results-Based) * $100 per QUALIFIED appointment * +$150 bonus if the appointment results in a closed deal * Up to $250 per successful job * Paid weekly via 1099 There is no hourly pay , no salary , and no guaranteed income. You are paid strictly for results. What Counts as a Qualified Appointment Appointments must meet ALL of the following to be paid: * Homeowner present * Decision-maker available (or both spouses scheduled) * Appointment is held (no no-shows) * Within our service area * Accurate contact information provided No-shows, unqualified leads, or incorrect information are not paid. Your Role (Independent Contractor) As a 1099 contractor, you: * Choose when you work * Choose where you canvass * Work independently with minimal supervision * Are paid per result, not per hour We provide: * Company and service overview * Appointment booking process * General guidelines (not scripts) Requirements * Comfortable with door-to-door outreach * Reliable transportation * Smartphone * Professional attitude * Ability to work independently * Must be eligible to work as a 1099 independent contractor Experience in door-to-door, solar, roofing, windows, alarms, or home services is a plus -- but not required.
