The Ideal candidate will possess: 2 years of Automotive Sales Experience with references Master of the internet process (3,2,1,1) Willing to make 60 calls , 60 emails and 20 Videos per shift Have strong incoming call techniques and excitement to set appointments Strong sales and process management skills to drive traffic Ability to handle 100 plus leads in some cases Customer satisfaction mentality Winning attitude Have experience with the following programs: Vinsolutions, CDK, V-Auto, E-leads, Automotive Mastermind In addition to these qualifications, you will also need to have a long-term mindset and understand that there will be growth opportunity.
