Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role involves developing new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and expanding our market presence through strategic sales initiatives. Duties * Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and market research to expand the customer base. * Manage and grow existing client accounts by providing exceptional customer service and tailored solutions. * Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting features and benefits aligned with their needs. * Develop and execute territory management strategies to maximize sales opportunities within assigned regions. * Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track sales activities, manage customer information, and analyze sales data for strategic planning. * Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively, ensuring mutual satisfaction for both the company and clients. * Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support lead generation efforts. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and product offerings to stay ahead in the marketplace. * Provide ongoing account management by maintaining regular contact with clients, addressing concerns, and upselling additional products or services. Qualifications * Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or territory management with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. * Strong management skills with the ability to develop strategic plans for territory growth. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills essential for building lasting client relationships. * Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools for lead tracking and analysis. * Ability to conduct engaging product demos and presentations tailored to diverse audiences. * Experience in marketing strategies, lead generation techniques, and direct sales approaches including cold calling. * Demonstrated ability to analyze sales data for insights that inform business development strategies. * Self-motivated with a proactive approach to managing accounts and expanding market share. * Knowledge of technology or technical sales is a plus, along with experience in retail or inside sales environments.
