Your Mission: Drive Growth in Southwest Florida As an Outside Sales Professional, you will be the face of Blue Sky Solutions in our community, leveraging your strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and close deals. Generate new business by selling pest, wildlife, and lawn control services to residential and commercial clients. Conduct thorough inspections and provide personalized service recommendations that surpass customer expectations. Understand and communicate regional needs unique to the Southwest Florida market. Manage your sales pipeline effectively using our pest control software (experience with GorillaDesk is a huge plus!). Utilize strong project management skills to ensure seamless customer onboarding and service activation. We Are Looking For: A dynamic, results-oriented individual with a clean driving record and a passion for helping others in their community. Previous sales experience is required. A strong understanding of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that drive successful decision-making. Team-oriented attitude with strong interpersonal skills. Mechanical aptitude (helpful when discussing lawn pest control equipment/services). Ability to work a schedule that meets client needs (regular Monday-Friday schedule for office support). Ability to pass a drug screening and background check.
