Overview The Outdoor Luxury Living Sales & Design Specialist is responsible for guiding clients through the complete outdoor living design-build experience. This role combines creative construction design with client relationship management, sales strategy, and project coordination. The specialist will conduct on-site consultations, develop thoughtful and functional design concepts, prepare proposals, and present project solutions to clients in a polished, professional manner. Once a project is contracted, you support communication between the client, design team, and production team to ensure a seamless experience. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, client-centered environment and has a passion for designing high-quality outdoor living spaces. Duties * Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and project goals, providing expert guidance throughout the design process. * Develop detailed construction plans using industry-standard design software. * Present design concepts clearly and enthusiastically to clients, incorporating feedback to refine plans and ensure satisfaction. * Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions, gather measurements, and evaluate environmental factors influencing the design. * Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure designs are accurately implemented on schedule and within scope. * Source appropriate materials, and sustainable solutions that align with client desires and environmental best practices. * Assist in project management tasks such as budgeting, scheduling, and overseeing installation phases to maintain quality standards. * Stay current with construction trends, innovative techniques, and technologies to continually elevate design quality. Requirements * Proven experience in pool and outdoor construction design or related field with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects. * Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Adobe Creative Suite. * Excellent customer service skills to engage clients effectively and translate their visions into compelling designs. * Strong sales ability to promote design ideas confidently while understanding client budgets and constraints. * Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment. * Exceptional communication skills for presenting ideas clearly and managing client relationships professionally. * Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed. * Join us as a Outdoor Luxury Living Sales & Design Specialist where your creativity meets purpose!
