Overview We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Senior Team Lead to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for helping others while ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining their own real estate business. As a Senior Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in guiding your team, helping with education and onboarding of new agents, and fostering a positive work environment. Responsibilities * Lead and motivate the real estate team to meet and exceed sales goals through effective training and development. * Leader lead production role * Supporting new hires through 30/60/90 day onboarding process * Assisting agents within their first 24 months of real estate * Ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. * Conduct training sessions, and performance evaluations to enhance team capabilities. * Utilize strong communication skills to engage with customers, address inquiries, and resolve issues promptly. * Implement effective sales strategies, including pricing and promotional activities to drive revenue growth. * Foster a positive team environment through effective leadership, motivation, and conflict resolution. Requirements * Proven experience in management or supervisory roles with a focus on sales management. * Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence effectively. * Experience in training new employees is highly desirable. * Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail in administrative tasks * Exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. * Strong leadership qualities that inspire teamwork while promoting individual accountability among staff members.
