Job Overview - Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations, businesses, and individuals - Serve as a point of contact for community members seeking information or assistance - Collaborate with internal teams to identify community needs and develop strategies to address them - Organize and attend community events, meetings, and presentations - Conduct market research to identify potential partnership opportunities - Provide technical sales support to community partners - Manage and grow key accounts through effective account management practices - Identify and pursue new business development opportunities within the community - Provide exceptional customer service to community members and partners - Conduct outside sales activities to promote company products and services - Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development - Strong customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth - Strong negotiation skills to secure partnerships and agreements Requirements * Must have Minimum of two years of Home health or Hospice experience as a liasion.. * Strong skills in social media management to promote events and engage with the audience. * Ability to conduct market research and analyze data for informed decision-making. * Experience in fundraising activities is a plus. * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
