Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Personal & Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, providing exceptional customer service, maintaining renewals and help with quoting on new business growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a strong background in personal or commercial lines products Responsibilities * Manage a portfolio of personal or commercial insurance accounts, ensuring client * Provide comprehensive customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering tailored solutions. * Collaborate with the sales administration team to ensure accurate processing of applications and renewals. * Utilize CRM to manage, maintain, and update customer accounts, send out renewals, and process applications. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices in insurance sales and marketing. Requirements * Proven experience in insurance and account management is preferred. * Bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse clients. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service excellence. * Familiarity with marketing strategies related to insurance carriers and appetites. * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for managing multiple accounts effectively. * Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
