Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Automotive Sales Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in sales, possess excellent negotiation and communication skills, and have a passion exceeding objectives and delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves engaging with potential clients, managing the sales pipeline, and closing high-end vehicle deals. Multilingual abilities and experience with CRM software are highly valued to enhance customer interactions and streamline sales processes. The successful candidate will play a vital role in expanding our customer base and achieving sales targets through effective outreach and relationship building. Duties * Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client requirements, offering product demonstrations, and addressing inquiries via phone or in-person * Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing the deal, including negotiation and upselling techniques * Maintain an organized sales pipeline using CRM software to track prospects, follow-ups, and sales progress * Prospect and generate new leads through engaging in the Service process, networking, and community engagement * Assist customers with inventory management, vehicle financing options, and trade-in evaluations * Support marketing initiatives by participating in promotional events and public outreach engagements to increase dealership visibility * Collaborate with sales management to develop strategies for increasing retail sales and expanding market reach * Ensure compliance with dealership policies, inventory control procedures, and retail math standards for accurate transaction processing Experience * Proven experience in automobile sales or retail sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets * Prior experience with dealership operations, inventory management, CRM software, and B2B or high-end sales is preferred * Excellent negotiation skills coupled with strong organizational abilities to manage multiple clients simultaneously * Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus for engaging diverse customer bases effectively * Strong communication skills including phone etiquette, public speaking, and presentation capabilities * Familiarity with outbound sales strategies. * Knowledge of automotive industry trends, inventory control practices, and retail math principles is advantageous Join our team as a Sales Professional to leverage your sales expertise in a fast-paced environment that values professionalism, customer satisfaction, and career growth.
