This role is designed for individuals with advanced sales mastery, strong leadership presence, and proven experience developing high-performing teams. Insurance experience is welcome but NOT required. What matters most is your ability to sell at a high level, coach others, implement systems, and drive production. Coaching Skills * Experience coaching, evaluating, and developing sales staff * Ability to identify weaknesses and help staff improve performance * Comfortable delivering direct, constructive feedback 3. Training Capability * Experience training staff from zero * Ability to teach systems, procedures, and sales strategies clearly * Comfortable leading group training and one-on-one coaching 5.
