Responsibilities include: * Perform the daily task of scheduling site surveys, estimating and sales of Cole's various service department offerings. * Develop relationships with owners, contractors, & suppliers. * Review proposal specifications and drawings to determine scope of work and content of estimate. * Support Service Department in the development of strategies to sell preventative roof maintenance, tenant fit out and repair jobs. * Provide detailed proposals, follow-up with customers, close sale. * Track performance metrics and bid results of sales and estimating performance. Required Qualifications: * Knowledge of construction estimating techniques. * Familiarity with all types of commercial roof systems and applicable repair methods. * Minimum of 2 years prior commercial selling and estimating experience. * High school degree. * Good written communications skills needed in drafting proposals. * Passion for following up with clients on submitted bids. * Proficient in reading blueprints and specifications. * Able to climb ladders, survey roofs, handle heights and weather. Preferred, but not required, experience: * Experience in estimating commercial roofing and/or metal panel projects. * Knowledge of estimating software. * CAD drawing experience. Starting pay is commensurate with candidate's experience and qualifications.
