About the Role As a Customer Service / Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers at the front counter. You will be trained from the ground up on our proven processes and systems. No automotive experience is required--only a strong work ethic, great communication skills, and the drive to succeed. This is a fast-paced, people-focused role with significant earning and growth potential. What You Will Do * Greet customers professionally and create a welcoming first impression * Communicate clearly and confidently with customers regarding their vehicle needs * Learn and follow Harrell's Automotive service and sales process * Build trust and long-term relationships with customers * Deliver a high level of hospitality and customer service * Work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment * Participate in ongoing training and coaching Who We Are Looking For * Individuals with great energy and a strong work ethic * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Hospitality or customer-service mindset * Coachable, motivated, and eager to learn * Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment * Interested in building a long-term career Automotive experience is not required. We prefer to train the right people with the right attitude.
