We're looking for an enthusiastic and results-oriented Windows, Doors, Roofing and Siding Sales Specialist to join our growing team! In this role, you'll be the face of our company -- connecting with customers, building strong relationships, and delivering high-quality solutions that make homes more beautiful, comfortable, and energy-efficient. What You 'll Do * Grow new business and drive revenue through proactive lead generation and strong follow-up strategies. * Showcase your product expertise by presenting our premium line of windows, doors, and siding solutions to both new and existing clients. * Develop lasting relationships through trust, integrity, and excellent communication within your assigned territory. * Manage your sales pipeline efficiently using CRM software (such as AccuLynx) to track leads, quotes, and customer interactions. * Work independently and as part of a supportive team , maintaining accountability while contributing to a positive, high-performance culture. What You Bring * Proven success in outside sales , with at least 2 years of B2C sales experience. * Strong product knowledge in windows, doors, and siding (or the drive to master it quickly). * Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. * Self-motivation, discipline, and a passion for helping customers find the perfect solution for their homes. * A valid driver 's license and willingness to complete a background and drug screening prior to hire.
