``` Account Executive Duties: - Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients - Identify and pursue business development opportunities to achieve sales targets - Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industry trends - Present product/service offerings to clients, highlighting the value and benefits - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation of solutions - Prepare sales proposals, contracts, and presentations - Negotiate pricing and terms of agreements with clients - Provide ongoing account management and support to ensure client retention and upselling opportunities - Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions Qualifications: - Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology sales or related field - Strong business development skills with a track record of achieving sales targets - Excellent leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and influence others - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders - Ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to drive strategic decision-making - Proficient in using Salesforce or other CRM software for managing sales activities and customer relationships We offer competitive compensation packages including base salary plus commission.
