Automotive Sales Associate Job Description * Forecast goals at the beginning of each month * Understand the dealerships inventory on a daily basis * Prospect on a day-to-day basis by phone, mail, and person to person - maintain a prospect development system * Maintain an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction * Responsible for meeting vehicle sales goals * Ensure the customer understand the vehicle's operating features, warranty, and paperwork * Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company's Vision, Mission, and Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers, and suppliers Desired Attributes * Superior customer service * Strong communication skills and work ethic * Commitment to continuous improvement Requirements * Valid Driver's License and clean driving record * Attend sales meetings and training sessions as scheduled * Adheres to all company policies, procedures and safety standards * Professional Appearance and Demeanor _Must be capable of passing background check, drug screening, and possess a clean driving record. _ Pay: commission based with weekly Draw' ' Work Location: * One location Work Remotely * No Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to $120,000.00 per year Benefits: * Employee discount * Opportunities for advancement * Paid time off * Paid training Experience: * Customer service: 1 year (Required) Work Location: In person
