Overview We are an outsourced consulting agency that partners with multiple clients on brand management, customer retention and new client acquisitions. You, as an Independent Contractor, will promote service updates for our client, a Gas and Electric Supplier, to our customers door-to-door in the greater Columbus area. There is no product sold or payment collected from our employees. All payment is handled directly by the gas and electric company themselves. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to lead our innovative marketing campaign that connects our brand with targeted audiences across multiple channels. This role offers an exciting opportunity to optimize strategies and drive measurable growth through strategic outreach. As a key player in our marketing team, you will harness your expertise in direct marketing, communication development and elevate our brand presence to generate impactful customer engagement. Responsibilities * Develop and execute targeted direct marketing campaigns across the greater Columbus area. * Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline campaign workflows, nurture leads, and improve closing rates. * Conduct market research to identify customer needs and competitive insights that inform campaign strategies. * Manage sales efforts by identifying opportunities for partnership and development that aligns with brand objectives. * Optimize campaigns through insights and performance marketing strategies to enhance brand presence. * Collaborate with management team to develop strategic planning conducive to brand presence growth. * Coordinate marketing efforts ensuring consistency in product knowledge delivered to potential customers, while representing the client. * Support the development of creative assets for marketing campaigns while adhering to brand standards. Requirements * Proven experience in direct marketing with a focus on direct response campaigns; familiarity with D2D marketing is highly desirable. * Strong knowledge of communication and marketing strategies. * Proficiency in Company Application. * Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messages tailored to target audiences. * Ability to analyze and identify areas for improvement to implement continued growth. * Strong organizational skills with experience managing customer accounts and sales initiatives. * Knowledge of sales systems along with strategies is a plus. * Demonstrated ability to research market trends thoroughly and translate insights into actionable marketing plans.
