Allstate Insurance is looking to hire a new Licensed Salesperson for our agency inside Honda World in Westminster. This opportunity is truly UNIQUE and much different than your traditional neighborhood agency! Why you ask? We are located INSIDE a high- volume Honda dealership where our agents assist new and existing dealership customers with face-to-face opportunities to sell Allstate Insurance products. Most importantly, THERE IS LITTLE TO NO COLD CALLING. All candidates will need a California P&C Insurance license (or at a minimum a Personal Lines license) to sell insurance. Candidates should also be professional, customer focused, have excellent people skills, have a positive attitude and a strong work ethic. We have a proven Compensation plan that rewards our agents with a $17/hour wage, plus great bonus and commission opportunities. We also offer benefits, including, Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance, a 401k plan, and paid sick and vacation time off. Allstate experience is a definite PLUS, but not required.
