The HomeGuard HomeWarranty of Arizona Renewal Support Administrator will work cooperatively with other members of the team to grow existing customers, exceed monthly goals and while increasing customer satisfaction. Job duties: - Actively working with our existing client base to renew their contracts. - Outbound calls/emails to warm leads. - Generating repeat sales by providing product and pricing information in a timely manner. - Developing relationships with existing customers. - Meet monthly goals Skills required: - Suggested but not required a sales history in the real estate industry - Exceptional phone skills; easily builds rapport and establishes strong relationships with prospects and customers. - Strong written and verbal skills; BILINGUAL A PLUS. - Proficient with Access, MS Excel, MS Word, and Outlook - Strong organizational and follow up skills. - Must be enthusiastic, have a strong doer attitude and be a team player.
