Full description of the position

We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Representative with a strong background in government contracts to join our growing team. This is a travel-based position with a home base in Nevada or West Coast , ideal for a self-motivated professional who thrives in relationship-building and closing complex deals.

Key Responsibilities

:

  • Identify, pursue, and secure new government contract opportunities at the local, state, and federal levels
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, procurement officers, and prime contractors
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through contract award
  • Prepare and support bids, proposals, and RFP/RFQ responses
  • Meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining compliance with government procurement regulations
  • Travel regularly to meet clients, attend site visits, trade shows, and industry events
Qualifications

:

  • Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience , preferably in B2G (business-to-government) sales
  • Demonstrated experience working with government contracts and procurement processes
  • Strong understanding of RFPs, RFQs, and contract negotiations
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and results-oriented
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record What We Offer:
