Job Description: We're searching for an ambitious Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. You'll be responsible for responding to incoming leads and closing sales. Your success is measured by the number of sales you generate through proactively reaching out and following up with potential customers. Essential Functions: * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to create a loyal customer base. * Follow-up on leads generated from warm leads, referrals, networking, and other lead sources * Continue to look for and recognize opportunities to cross-sell/account rounding. * Advise and Educate prospects on insurance policies based on their personal needs and goals. Close sales. * Address the client 's concerns carefully, clearly, and professionally. * Maintain phone time and sales quotas as determined by management. (100 calls/day, 10 quotes/day, 2 items /day) * Handle confidential information with discretion and follow established protocols.
