You will collaborate with the marketing team to ensure we are capturing qualified leads, keeping momentum strong, and converting interest into happy homeowners. Backed by coordinated campaigns, premium homes, and a clear lifestyle promise, you will help many people find not just a new home but a better way of living. You will be responsible for: * Build meaningful relationships with prospective buyers by offering helpful guidance, conducting tours, and creating a welcoming experience from first contact to close. This role emphasizes trust-building and personalized engagement over transactional sales. * Own the full sales pipeline and performance targets, including CRM management, follow-ups, and collaboration with marketing to convert leads into homeowners. * Educate buyers on the unique land-lease homeownership model, helping them understand the flexibility, convenience, and long-term value it offers compared to traditional home buying. * Collaborate with marketing to activate local campaigns, ensure accurate listings, and provide feedback on lead quality and buyer behavior to improve outreach and conversion strategies. * Other duties as assigned. To be successful in this role, candidates should have prior relevant experience or demonstrate attributes and/or transferable experience and skills acquired in a different industry or in a different context: * 2 to 4 years of experience in new home sales, leasing, real estate, or other customer-facing sales environments; * Previous experience working with 55+ or lifestyle-focused buyers is a plus; * Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed individual sales goals in a structured sales process; * Experience using a CRM system (such as HubSpot) to manage leads and sales activity; * Excellent interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills; * High level of confidentiality and professionalism; and, * Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with web-based applications.
