Job Description Hawkeye Motor Works is currently seeking highly motivated, energetic, experienced Sales professionals. Key Responsibilities & Requirements: Sell Powersport Vehicles and Power Equipment * Develop, qualify, and close sales * Maintain gross profit objectives * Work Tuesdays-Saturdays * Continually work on developing new leads and following up on customers * Comply with process, policy and systems requirements * Maximize CSI and customer retention * Design, monitor, and exceed personal goals * Act as an ambassador to the dealership * Maintain company standards of a neat, clean and organized sales floor * Treat all customers with respect consistently and contribute to a positive work environment * Stay current and up to date on knowledge of products and inventory Pay range is due to the commission and bonus pay structure in association with your experience Experience: * Multiple years of successful sales experience. Automotive, RV, Marine, or Powersports would be a big plus. * Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals * Experience with F & I is a plus. Qualifications: * Excellent customer service, organizational and negotiation/closing skills * Self-motivated, goal-oriented and enthusiastic presence * Ability to work in a team environment * Strong written and communication skills * Consistent and stable work history * Comfortable using social media and computer technology * Valid driver's license and clean driving record * Professional appearance and work ethic * Ability to work a flexible schedule including Saturdays Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year Benefits: * Dental insurance * Employee discount * Health insurance * Paid time off Supplemental Pay: * Bonus opportunities * Commission pay Education: * Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: * Sales Experience: 2 years (Preferred) License/Certification: * Driver's License (Required) Work Location: In person
