Responsibilities

• Engage face-to-face with customers in designated areas to introduce Quantum Fiber's high-speed internet services.
• Understand customer needs for streaming, work, gaming, and other online activities to recommend the best internet solutions.
• Present the value and benefits of fiber internet through clear, friendly conversations that help customers make confident decisions.
• Guide customers through the enrollment and activation process, ensuring accurate sign-ups and a seamless experience.
• Provide responsive customer support, answering questions, addressing concerns, and assisting with service details.
• Meet and exceed personal and team sales goals, contributing to overall growth and performance.
• Stay current on Quantum Fiber's latest offers, speeds, and technology to confidently educate and support customers.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED (college coursework a plus but not required).
• Strong people skills with the ability to quickly build rapport face-to-face.
