Sales & Marketing Assistant Responsibilities * Engage face-to-face with customers in designated areas to introduce Quantum Fiber's high-speed internet services. * Understand customer needs for streaming, work, gaming, and other online activities to recommend the best internet solutions. * Present the value and benefits of fiber internet through clear, friendly conversations that help customers make confident decisions. * Guide customers through the enrollment and activation process, ensuring accurate sign-ups and a seamless experience. * Provide responsive customer support, answering questions, addressing concerns, and assisting with service details. * Meet and exceed personal and team sales goals, contributing to overall growth and performance. * Stay current on Quantum Fiber's latest offers, speeds, and technology to confidently educate and support customers. * Keep organized and accurate records of all customer interactions and sales within our CRM system. Sales & Marketing Assistant Requirements * High school diploma or GED (college coursework a plus but not required). * Strong people skills with the ability to quickly build rapport face-to-face. * Goal-driven mindset and enthusiasm for sales and customer service. * Strong communication skills -- able to explain products simply and confidently. * Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and resilience when facing challenges. * Basic computer skills and ability to learn sales tools and CRM systems. Sales & Marketing Assistant - Overview: * Position Type: Full-time Employment * Job Location: Fort Myers, FL * Client & Products: Partnered with Telecom companies to promote and enroll customers in their new Quantum Fiber internet services. * Pay: Commission-based, average earnings range from $40-$300 per unit sold, with most employees completing at least one sale per day Job Type: Full-time Pay: $47,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
