As an Outside Sales Representative , you will play a pivotal role in our team by engaging with industrial and commercial customers in the San Diego area. Your daily activities will revolve around building strong customer relationships and identifying opportunities to deliver exceptional HVAC/R solutions. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their needs, present proposals for our preventative maintenance programs, and collaborate on strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs. EDUCATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: * Previous HVAC/R Industry Experience: While not mandatory, previous experience in the HVAC/R industry is a significant advantage. * Comfortable with Heights: This role may require rooftop equipment assessments and inspections, so a comfort level with climbing and working at heights is essential. * Proven Sales Record: Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets and achieving sales goals is crucial. * Sales-Driven and Self-Motivated: We're looking for individuals who are highly motivated, self-starters, and driven to succeed in a competitive sales environment. * Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license is required for this position.
