Earnings * Setter: $6,000-$12,000 per month * Closer: $10,000-$30,000 per month * Leader: $200,000+ per year You'll also be on a $100K guaranteed performance track. Stay consistent, hit your monthly numbers, and you're guaranteed to earn on a six-figure pace. If you meet your goals but come in under $100K total, we make up the difference. Responsibilities * Engage homeowners and spark interest in solar. * Book qualified appointments for our closing team. * Track performance in our CRM and follow up with leads. * Stay consistent with daily and weekly metrics. * Advance to a closer role once proven.
