Long Home Hiring Event - Contact Center Agents (2nd Shift) Date: Saturday, January 31 Doors Open: 9:30 AM Doors Close: 10:00 AM sharp Event Time: 9:30 AM - 2:00 PM Location: Long Home 8530 Corridor Road Savage, MD 20763 Long Home is hosting an in-person hiring event for Contact Center Agents to support our growing team. We are actively hiring for 2nd shift positions (11:30 AM - 8:00 PM). What Is a Contact Center Agent? As a Contact Center Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers who have expressed interest in our home improvement services. This is a phone-based role focused on:

• Answering inbound calls and making outbound follow-up calls
• Providing information about our products and services
• Scheduling appointments for our sales team
• Delivering a professional, friendly customer experience
• Accurately documenting calls and customer details No cold calling -- you'll be speaking with customers who have already shown interest. What We're Looking For:
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Professional phone presence
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Reliability and consistent attendance for 2nd shift hours
• Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus, but not required Event Details:
• This is a walk-in hiring event
• Doors close promptly at 10:00 AM to begin the interview process
• Interviews will take place throughout the event
