We help clients bring high-quality health products to market with innovation and industry expertise.Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative with nutraceutical, supplement, or vitamin industry experience. This role focuses on new business development, building strong long-term client relationships, and promoting our manufacturing and product development capabilities.Responsibilities: * Identify and prospect new clients within the nutraceutical, vitamin, and supplement industries. * Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers (R&D, procurement, brand owners). * Conduct product presentations, sales meetings, and facility tours. * Negotiate pricing, contracts, and agreements to meet revenue goals. * Collaborate with Customer Service, Product Development, QC/QA, and Operations to support client needs. * Attend trade shows and industry events (local and out-of-state). * Track sales activities, pipeline, and client communication using CRM tools. * Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory expectations (cGMP, FDA). Qualifications: * Experience in nutraceutical, supplement, or vitamin sales required. * Strong understanding of nutrition, ingredients, and regulatory guidelines (cGMP, FDA). * Proven skills in sales, negotiation, lead generation, and account management. * Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. * Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. * Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office. * Bachelor's degree preferred but not required. * Ability to travel as needed.
