Furniture Account Executive | Sales Representative Job Type: FullTime Schedule: Monday-Friday Location: Onsite: Fort Myers Job Overview We are hiring a driven Furniture Account Executive / Sales Representative to manage and grow customer accounts through lead generation, relationshipbased sales, and consistent followup. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional with experience in furniture sales, B2B sales, inside sales, or account management who thrives in a targetdriven environment. The Furniture Account Executive will manage the full sales cycle--from prospecting and quoting to closing deals--while maintaining accurate CRM records and delivering an outstanding customer experience. Key Responsibilities * Generate and qualify new leads through outbound prospecting * Manage existing customer accounts and develop longterm client relationships * Conduct sales calls, emails, and inperson meetings with prospective customers * Present furniture solutions, pricing, and proposals to meet client needs * Prepare and distribute quotes and sales proposals * Use CRM software to track leads, accounts, and sales activity * Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals * Handle customer questions, objections, and concerns professionally * Collaborate with internal sales teams to drive revenue growth * Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions Required Qualifications * 1+ year of sales experience (furniture sales, account executive, or B2B sales preferred) * Strong customer service and relationshipmanagement skills * Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication abilities * Comfort with phonebased and consultative selling * Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office * Negotiation, problemsolving, and closing skills * Highly organized, selfmotivated, and goal oriented Why This Role * Opportunity to grow a sales career in the furniture industry * Performancedriven environment with advancement potential * Handson role managing customer relationships from start to finish * Supportive team culture focused on results and professional growth Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Flexible schedule * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Work Location: In person
