Overview
We are hiring a driven Furniture Account Executive / Sales Representative to manage and grow customer accounts through lead generation, relationshipbased sales, and consistent followup. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional with experience in furniture sales, B2B sales, inside sales, or account management who thrives in a targetdriven environment. The Furniture Account Executive will manage the full sales cycle--from prospecting and quoting to closing deals--while maintaining accurate CRM records and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new leads through outbound prospecting
- Manage existing customer accounts and develop longterm client relationships
- Conduct sales calls, emails, and inperson meetings with prospective customers
- Present furniture solutions, pricing, and proposals to meet client needs
- Prepare and distribute quotes and sales proposals
- Use CRM software to track leads, accounts, and sales activity
- Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
- Handle customer questions, objections, and concerns professionally
- Collaborate with internal sales teams to drive revenue growth
- Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of sales experience (furniture sales, account executive, or B2B sales preferred)
- Strong customer service and relationshipmanagement skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication abilities
- Comfort with phonebased and consultative selling
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Negotiation, problemsolving, and closing skills
