What You'll Do

• Build genuine relationships with customers to understand their vehicle needs
• Showcase our wide selection of vehicles and cutting-edge features through test drives
• Become a trueproduct expert through training and hands-on experience
• Follow up with leads -- online, over the phone, and in person -- to build your sales pipeline
• Maintain contact with previous customers to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals
• Attend team meetings and ongoing training to continue your professional growth What We 're Looking For:
