Open Position: Bilingual Sales Professional, Fort Stockton, Texas Responsibilities: Helping Customers achieve their Automotive needs Assist customers in finding vehicles and products that satisfy their requests and needs. We're looking for individuals that will act with integrity and respect for customers, co-workers and managers. Training available. $10,000 Sign-On Bonus (See Dealer for Details) * Consultative selling skills. Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening to their responses. * Develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority. Know the details of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies. * Perform professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles. * Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business. * Learn to overcome objections within sales situations. * Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives * Bring a positive attitude to work with you every single day.
