Lawrence Doors, Inc., a leader in the commercial door industry, and a part of Amarr / ASSA ABLOY Group (the global leader in opening solutions), is seeking a New Construction Estimator / Sales /Project Manager High Income Potential - Looking for Motivated Individuals with 3-5 years of experience in commercial door sales, plan reading, estimating and new construction project management. * Must be able to commute to Baldwin Park, CA Mon- Friday 7:30AM to 4:30PM Responsibilities and Duties * Perform full plan and specification take offs * Create well written proposals * Development of new national chain accounts * Create lasting relationships * Salesperson with high success in closing sale * Following up on proposals * In field meetings and networking * Project management * Problem solving and critical thinking * General department support * Misc. as needed Qualifications and Skills * Commercial Overhead Coiling Doors and Sectional Doors knowledge * Ability to do plan takeoffs and read through specifications of commercial doors * English / Spanish speaking a plus * Estimating * Project management * Computer literate * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment * Problem solving attitude * Mechanically Inclined * Excellent organization skills * Construction knowledge a MUST * Must be a motivated individual Benefits * 401K, with company match * Kaiser Health Insurance * Dental and Vision * Life Insurance * Onsite Gym * 2 Weeks PTO, (after 2 years) * 10 Paid Holidays (Includes floating and anniversary holiday.) * 40 hours sick pay Compensation * $60K - $80K annual Base Salary + Commission * PPE * Work boot allowance Please visit our website at: [please apply online] All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.
