SALES CLOSER - HOT LEADS MPS Auto Sales | Tucson, AZ IF YOU ARE REAL SALES TALENT, THIS IS WHERE IT SHOWS At MPS Auto Sales, we are not looking for average salespeople. We are looking for REAL SALES TALENT -- closers who know their craft, trust their skills, and want to work in an environment where performance is respected and rewarded. This role is for professionals who already know how to close, not for those looking to learn the basics. ROLE MISSION Handle hot leads that come in daily through social media, calls, and messages, and close them. This is not a place to "try." This is a place to solve, close, and produce results. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Respond to incoming leads quickly and professionally. - Qualify customers based on credit, income, and down payment. - Schedule appointments and make sure they happen. - Handle objections with control, confidence, and professionalism. - Close deals by phone, text, and in person. - Maintain daily follow-up and accurate CRM notes. - Guide the customer through the full process until closing or vehicle delivery. THE TALENT WE ARE LOOKING FOR - Proven sales closer with real results. - Controls the conversation instead of chasing it. - Knows when to push and when to wait. - Takes full responsibility for their numbers. - Wants to earn in direct proportion to performance. IMPORTANT If you doubt your ability as a closer, have not closed consistently in past roles, or are looking to be trained from scratch, this role is NOT for you. Compensation is negotiable and based on real performance. There is no income ceiling for true sales talent. REQUIREMENTS - Bilingual (English & Spanish). - Proven sales closing experience. - Discipline, focus, and strong work ethic. - Full-time availability, including weekends. COMPENSATION - Commission-based pay + performance bonuses. - Daily hot leads (no cold calling). - Unlimited earning potential. - Commission structure open to negotiation for high-level closers.
