Glennwood Inc. is a family owned cabinetry wholesale company, operating a 40,000 sf warehouse located in Elkridge, MD. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing new business opportunities and managing existing accounts. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in both B2B and direct sales, with the ability to effectively communicate our product offerings and deliver exceptional customer service. This position requires a blend of technical knowledge, negotiation skills, and the ability to analyze market trends to meet customer needs. This job involves more than 3 hours daily drive between warehouse and your territory. Duties * Engage in outside sales activities to generate leads and build relationships with kitchen and bath shop retailers. * Conduct all cabinets demonstrations and presentations to showcase our offerings. * Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns for lead generation. * Perform at least 20 cold calls per day to identify new business opportunities and expand the client base. * Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process. * Provide ongoing support and service to clients, including upselling additional products or services as appropriate. * Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies. Experience * Proven experience in outside sales, warehouse B2B sales, or cabinetry sales. * Strong background in account management with demonstrated success in territory sales. * Familiarity with HubSpot, QuickbookQuickBooks, 2020, and Microsoft 365Excel are essential. * Excellent negotiation skills coupled with a strong customer service orientation. * Experience in cabinetry sales is a plus. * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, (Turkish speaker preferred) are necessary for effective collaboration with clients and team members.
