Job Overview: Join our team as an Automotive Sales Manager where you will Hire, Train, and Run a team of Sales Associates. We are looking for a motivated individual with a proven track record in Automotive Sales. The ideal candidate will excel in negotiating deals, leveraging technology sales tools, and providing exceptional customer service. Duties: - Lead the sales team to maximize their potential. - Utilize technical sales expertise to effectively negotiate contracts and open relationships. - Drive business development initiatives to identify new opportunities and foster growth. - Utilize Drivecentric or similar to track sales activities and customer interactions. - Engage in outside sales activities to build relationships with potential clients and partners. Qualifications: - Proven experience in Automotive team management and sales a must. - Strong negotiation skills with a successful track record in opening relationships. - Familiarity with DriveCentric and Reynolds. Toyota experience a plus. - Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
