Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Develop and manage strong relationships with new and existing clients to maintain and grow account revenue. * Analyze sales data to identify and leverage all potential opportunities for the brand to enhance market performance and drive growth. * Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and track performance metrics. * Create and educate clients about the company products and services. * Serve as the main point of contact for clients, resolving any issues or concerns promptly and effectively. * Manage strategic accounts and collaborate with the marketing team to closely design and successfully launch projects. * Participate in various promotional events, such as international and domestic beauty exhibitions and consultations, to identify potential customers and trends online and offline. * Coordinated with internal teams to ensure effective inventory control and timely purchase order fulfillment. * Performed additional tasks and special projects as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and team collaboration. Qualifications * Associate degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field * 3 + years of proven experience in sales, account management, or business development * Previous beauty industry experience is a plus * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills * Proficient in MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint * Experience managing accounts at international and domestic chain stores * Ability to maintain a positive uplifting attitude Additional Requirements: * Must have driver's license * Ability to safely lift a maximum of 35 pounds * Ability to travel as needed Language: * Bilingual (English & Korean) required Job Type: Full-time Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year Benefits: * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Ability to Relocate: * Fullerton, CA 92831: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
