*External agencies & recruiters, please do not contact regarding this position Central Arizona Supply is looking for a dynamic, motivated Showroom Outside Sales Representative to develop & maintain relationships with builders and designers in the East Valley of the Phoenix metropolitan area. This position is based out of our Gilbert, AZ branch. Our outside sales team works with our showrooms and inside sales teams to drive sales into the branches, while cultivating deep relationships and helping the client find the perfect products. Our ideal candidate will have experience in selling luxury plumbing and appliances. More importantly, we are looking for an intelligent and charismatic person who values their clients and building relationships. Responsibilities * Represent the company and achieve sales goals within assigned territory. * Identify opportunities to increase client base and improve sales performance. * Promote new products and programs to existing & potential clients. * Develop strong relationships with clients. * Monitor market conditions in relation to competitors. * Effectively and consistently utilize CRM and the Sales Process of Central Arizona Supply. Requirements * Minimum 2 years' experience in outside sales of high-end plumbing products and luxury appliances. * Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. * Team player who works productively with all departments and clients. * Previous experience in CRM software that streamlines the tracking and management of client information, interactions, leads, and business opportunities. * Excellent customer service rapport through great persuasive negotiation skills. * Exhibit a distinguished and professional appearance, reflecting the luxury nature of the products being sold. * Ability to handle difficult clients and situations through impressive problem-solving skills.
